Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be provided for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • A 50% refund will be provided for cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

  • Clients may reschedule their booking without penalty if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time, subject to availability.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the client's control, such as natural disasters or government-imposed restrictions, we may offer a credit toward a future booking.
